Every house I have lived in, I seem to wake up spirits where there were none before. They are not the same. They all act and do different things. Some are good, some are bad. Some give me visions, some lead me to places, usually off the beaten path, such as mountains, old mine sites, secluded areas of beaches, rivers and creeks.
After getting to these areas, usually with my dog,I search the area closely and 8 out of 10 times find something; caves, tunnels, cabins, rock formations, dens, things that don't belong there, or a strange encounter with many things.
As I am writing this, something does not like it and is interfering with the computer and power in the house, and with me personally.
Any idea what it is or what it wants?
It's been happening all my life, and it's been telling me to get ready because something very big is coming.
I won't go into those details yet.

There could be a lot of reasons why this ghost visited you. It would be hard to know what is the right answer.
However, obviously, from your reaction, there was no ill-will towards you, so it might just have been observing you for one reason or another.
It could have just happened to be there that one time because it was 'moving through', so to speak.
Then again, you or the house might have attracted it, for one reason or another; something that had happened earlier, something you did; who knows?
If you want to learn how to get your own answers to these sorts of questions, then I would suggest that you learn some technique. For example, learning to use dowsing might be a way of tapping in to those answers. That, or any other intuitive technique could be useful.
What I do know is that there is not one simple answer to such questions, because there are so many variables which can be involved.
However, if you do find out more information, or have other ideas, please let us know!
