Well, from what you say, it certainly sounds as though there are things there which shouldn't be.

Most places do have one or more entities (ghosts, whatever) hanging about, and most of them are not interfering with the people there. But, in your case, it certainly sounds as though they are interfering with you.

The sense of being watched, seeing things out the corner of your eye, and hearing strange sounds are all pretty classic examples of this.

We can investigate the place for you without being there. You simply send us a drawing of your place and we'll check it out. That service costs $50.

But if you're just interested in finding out what's there, then there are probably some more local people who would be happy to do it. They're usually found under such titles as 'paranormal investigators' or 'ghosthunters'.

We don't actually 'catch' anything as that would not be a good idea. We just send them on to wherever they should be and that deals with the issue. The people I mentioned above usually are only interested in finding what's there and don't normally deal with what they find.
