Red Eyes Looking at Me at Night

I know this sounds crazy, but for the last several months, I can't sleep, because I keep seeing red eyes watching me in the dark. I am not making this up.

I am exhausted and at the end of my rope. I don't want to go to a psychiatrist, because I bet they'd just write me a drug prescription.

I want the eyes to go away. Am I imagining them, or could they be real? If they are real, can I make them go away?
