My Granddaughter's "friends"

My daughter and family lives with us including my four year old granddaughter. She has told us my dead father (who died before she was born) has visited her at night, sat on her bed and chatted with her. She picked him out of a picture of when he was young. This year she has told me stories about an Uncle Jeff, a sister she never had, and a man named Bob.
Recently she has spoke of a man named Charlie whom she said died while crossing the street and he was hit by a truck. She says he has blood on his face when she sees him. Apparently, she is very comfortable with the situation although she does have problems sleeping. Imagination or gifted?
I don't know, but will not encourage or discourage and let her take her own path.
