My child is awake in the early hours

My daughter, Casey is 3 years old. She seems to be playing and talking in her room in the early hours.
It could go on all morning till 6 am or for half the morning from midnight till 3 am. Some times she really laughs in bits then she screams and says go away. It scares me as I don't know what to do for her.
She was at the table one day and said to my partner, 'Why ain't he got no eyes, Daddy?'
That freaked me out a bit. I want my little girl to be OK. What shall I do next as I have asked many people but can't get an answer. Hope you can help me.
