House Clearing needed but I'm terrified to do it

One evening, I was in the washroom. From the reflection on the bathroom vanity mirror you can see all the way down my hall to a walled separator between the kitchen and living room. It's the only thing you can see. My husband was gone and my daughter was in the bathtub.

I bent to put on my mascara and get closer to the mirror, and there was a 6 ft black shadow on the wall at the end of the hall. I slammed the bathroom door and cried.

I had a nightmare as well. Big black cats were attacking my daughter, so I stepped in the way to protect her. I woke up the next morning with slices down my arm....

I'm starting to panic!
