In order to be most effective, we will spend up to 30 minutes talking with you - at no charge - to make sure we fully understand the problems there. To make the best use of this time, we will require a sketch, drawing or plan of the property to look at before we talk with you.

To take advantage of this offer, please send us a fax or attach to an email a drawing, sketch or plan of your property. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE ACCURATE AND TO SCALE!

It needs to show the following:

A plan (bird's eye view) of the entire property showing the building(s)
A separate sketch of each floor of the building
Where the beds are need to be shown; no other furniture need be drawn
Any large trees or bushes on the property
Names of the people and animals who live there or who regularly visit
The address of the property

It does not have to be exact or precise. We have had people send us very precise building plans and we have also had sketches on scraps of paper. They all work!
