Thanks for posting this! This is a subject which is too often ignored or dismissed as 'overactive imagination' or something similar.

If anyone else has the same or similar problem with a child, please read this. It will help! And there's which you can do which costs nothing, as you'll see.

Firstly, it's not clear from your post what age your daughter is now.

HOWEVER! When a child has these many fears, for this length of time, with this amount of detail, then something clearly needs to be done.

If you want to call it psychic, do so. Anxiety will certainly stem from the continued 'visions' you say she has been having, but it is not, in my opinion or experience, the sole cause.

Being scared to sleep, having recurring unpleasant dreams and visions, talking about unseen 'friends' are all strong indicators that there is something there which needs dealing with.

A balanced energetic environment will not have such things happening. It's as simple as that.

If your child has an entity attached, then it will follow / accompany her from house to house. But it can be dealt with.
